From 5-7 December, the EuroNet MRPH Winter Meeting will take place in Utrecht, The Netherlands.

Registration is now open through this FORM.

We are happy to announce that registration for the 2019 EuroNet MRPH Winter Meeting is now open! The meeting will take place from 5-7 December in Utrecht, The Netherlands. Utrecht is a vibrant university city and the quaint and quirky alternative to Amsterdam. If you have some time, it is worth exploring the unique double-level canal streets, the many museums and of course the nightlife.

We are busy finalizing an interesting program combining EuroNet business with interesting speakers to give you an impression of what public health in The Netherlands looks like. But fun should also be had: we are organising a social program to show you the best of Utrecht. We will publish the finalized program through our communication channels.

We will try and get a discount code for the StayOkay hostel right in the middle of the city center (discount depends on how many people will be staying there). This is a good and reasonable option. Please indicate in the registration form if you are interested in staying here. You are of course welcome to find another place, for example through Airbnb. Finding accommodation near the meeting venue might be hard as it’s in a more industrial part of the city, but in case you want to try: the address is Orteliuslaan 750, 3528 BB Utrecht. In any case, Utrecht is quite small, so getting around will not cost you too much time.

There any may direct flights to Amsterdam Schiphol airport, and there is a direct connecting train service from Schiphol to Utrecht central station (30 mins). Budget airlines often fly to Rotterdam or Eindhoven airport. These are both fine options too; it will take you about 1hr15mins by bus and train to get to Utrecht central station from both of these airports.
